portcheck browser¶
Connect portcheck to the browser extension
Synopsis¶
Register portcheck with Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Chromium, Brave) so the portcheck browser extension can ask it which process serves a localhost page, and stop it.
Registration is per user and needs no administrator rights. The browser can only list ports, check one port and stop one process, with the same safety guards as 'portcheck kill'.
Examples¶
portcheck browser install
portcheck browser install --browser edge
portcheck browser status
portcheck browser uninstall
Options¶
Options inherited from parent commands¶
--json shorthand for --output json
--log-format string log format: text or json (default "text")
--no-color disable colors (also honors NO_COLOR)
-o, --output string output format: table, plain, csv, json (default: table on a terminal, plain otherwise)
-v, --verbose log diagnostic details to stderr
